Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Learn how we collect, handle, and protect your personal information during your travel in Pakistan.

1. Information We Collect

To coordinate travel logistics in Pakistan, we must collect certain pieces of personal identification. This information is gathered when you submit booking request forms or contact us:

General Demographics

Full name, nationality, gender, date of birth, phone number, and email address.

Travel Verification Docs

Passport scans, visa copies, and flight bookings (required by local hotels and security checkpoints).

Health & Fitness Info

Medical history, dietary requests, allergies, and emergency contact details for safety on high-altitude treks.

Billing Details

Transaction records and billing addresses. No credit card details are stored directly on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data only for essential travel-related tasks, including:

  • Securing hotel reservations, domestic flights, and transport services.
  • Processing government permits and Non-Objection Certificates (NOCs).
  • Providing safety alerts and communicating details about your tour.
  • Registering you with local tourist authorities and security desks as required for foreign travelers.

3. Data Sharing & Security Checkpoints

We do not rent or sell your data. However, traveling in parts of Pakistan requires us to share identification with third parties:

⚠️ Important Notice for Foreign Tourists in Pakistan:

Under local security mandates, we are legally required to submit passport copies and detailed tour itineraries to local law enforcement, tourist police, and registration checkposts (especially when entering areas like Gilgit-Baltistan or border regions) to verify your travel clearances.

4. Data Retention

We securely archive your passport scans and sensitive travel records for the duration of your trip preparation and the tour itself. Once your tour has concluded and all local security clearance requirements are fulfilled, your physical documents and scan files are permanently purged or securely archived.

5. International Privacy Rights (GDPR)

If you reside in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, or regions with active strict privacy frameworks, you retain specific data rights. You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold, correct inaccuracies, or request the deletion of your records once your active travel bookings are complete.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses basic cookies to optimize and monitor web traffic trends (like Google Analytics). Cookies help us understand how you navigate our blog and tour offerings, but they do not extract personal identification. You can disable cookies at any time via your browser settings.
